This school's project involved working with children from Year 3 and 4 at Beaford School. The children used disposable cameras to document their own rural area and we explored themes of farming in the classroom. The children also wrote haiku poetry working with sound, smell and touch to explore their local environment. The final panels incorporated the children's photographs and poetry and were 4m x 3m. The project was a collaboration between Beaford Arts (coordinated by Lisa Harty) and Zonnemaire Buitengewoon based in Zeeland in the Netherlands (coordinated by Jaap Verseput).
